To be honest, I was a little nervous at the this first time that I finished watching the film <THE LEGEND OF 1900>. Cause I can dimly feel the author want to express much thinking and emotion to us, but what a pity, i can't understand the majorty of them.

I can't understand why 1900 was so scarded of going ashore. May be because the infinite unknow？ Because the lack of self-confidence to face the answer from that girl? Because the memory of the foster father Danny and the childwood? But for me, all of these arguments can't become the reason why to abandon the fresh life...

I can't understand why Max choose to stood by 1900's side ultimately. May be he want to respect his friend 1900's decision. But to tell the truch,If I was Max at that time, I would try my best to take him off the boat, whatever the method, even to give him a punch to drag him.

My mind is such a mess for the moment. But there is a sentance crashed into my mind:

Life is dear, love is dearer. Both can be given up for freedom
