This is my second time I have watched this movie. It is really a good movie because it tell us something happened behind the economy recessions. something being told in a very acceptable way and I really learned something from it. I have a feeling that thing there are very complicated and I was curious about that when I watched this movie for the first time. I download the book version after the movie, and I tried to read it and get to know something more about bond, stock,etc.
I did read first several part of this book, it was good book from what i have read so far even though I did not get what it was all about. after another two hours movie, something has became more clear such as: what they are really talking about and what they are really doing over there.
The things impressed me a lot are the action mark have taken after he was being told there were some shit in real estate loan bond market, when they heard something from a guy who works the bank, he decided to figure it out and he had a very clear idea that how to figure it out." one action he took is to find if the real estate situations are really like what he heard from the bank guy.
It turned out that it really is. So he decided put some money in this bond swaps. the second thing he did is to go to the Credit rating agency to make sure if there is a fraud in this company. yeah, it did exist fraud. The idea I wanted to express is I do like the way when he face some uncertainty questions. He went to the basic places and found out the reason. This is a good hint for me to do my job in the future, no matter what I do, or no matter what position I have. I should go to the basic workplace to know what is going on there, I must know the basic work and normal procedure in my company. and especially for hospitality industry, even though I will be a manager or CEO someday. I must not forget go to my basic workplace often. Always stay close with the market and I can feel it once something abnormal happens. I have a second thought about this action, which is that I really need do some efficient investigation if I meet some questions or something I am not sure.
bond and stock really have huge impact on the economy, it can build very good economy and it can also make it collapse. what I need to is to learn something about the economy. I really need to know what is going on right now. I don't want to be the who suffer from homeless and unemployed.
