I really think what I have learned from work is not just work staff, it is something that help me build my good relationship and get good life. One of my brothers called me tonight, I felt so happy he called me and he cared about my life. I really needed to do something that can help me develop my good relationship. I have helped my brother with his English speech, I think I need to follow up to show my concern on his life. I want to let him know he is a very important person in my life. I do cherish what I have been going through with this guy.
Service is a magical thing that can help me to better understand how to get along well with others , either they are guest or they are my boss, colleagues and my friends, relatives. How to wow people means how to treat people in a way he really like and he would appreciate what you did for him. All that matter is to anticipate their needs and try my best to delight them sincerely. I think that's the key point.
Life is like we act different character and do different things with the people around you, so it really matters that I need to master the skill of dealing with different people from different nationalities and background.
In this movie, I really see something from the young guy that he is passionate in his career and he got promoted because his passion and the innovative idea he has came up with. But like most of 20 somethings he doesn't get the the things he really loved in his life. he got divorced and he was in his rebound for a while. and then he got fired because another big movement of the company, another reason he should have left the company is he is quite of not qualified manager there. none ad sale experience and no relationship maintaining skill, what he can do is full passion but sometime he didn't get the point. like the words someone said :

He went to the beach for jogging, that means he was thinking about what his life should like and what he really want. Think about myself,I am the kind of person who really don't know what I really want in my life. I have been thinking about this question for a such long time. I will keep doing what I am doing right now and I will try my best to get what I really want.
The last thing I want to mention is I really believe I am the owner of my company, I love doing my job. what is our product? food, beverage,entertainment activities.etc. Absolutely not, our product is service, Gold anchor service, What I do is use my personalize service to wow my guest and build a bond between guest and my company. what we need is repeat guest and guest recommendation. That's the way we can become stronger and famous in cruise industry.
